  House needs new floor covering in living area
  Front door needs attention, lock is difficult
  Would not pass regulations regarding access to the property and the balcony outside the laundry door would be unsafe if used.

  The best location. The house needs a few fixer uppers. Window's at the front dont stay up, ran out of hot water one day, when you walk in the kitchen and family room the windows rattle, but overall not bad, as I said the best view

  The house is perfectly located in Carrickalinga Rise with the best views of the area.
  
  The house was comfortable, The kitchen was very well equipped and overall the house was very spacious.
  
  We were a family of four, and the house was probably too big for us. However we had an amazing time.
  
  The top floor os where we spent most of our time; that’s where the rooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas are.
  
  The lower floor is huge and great if you have more people staying. It lacked though of atmosphere and the furniture didn’t seem too suitable.

  we've stayed here before and it was a nice stay, we were surprised that nothing had been fixed over the years, it needs a lot of small maintenance, but overall we would stay again.

  We were disappointed with our rental experience. Most importantly to note the house was not family friendly. The staircase downstairs was very dangerous for our children. Downstairs was advertised as a games room however besides the very old pool table there was nothing down there. I would of thought in that space there would of been at least a TV. The kids couldn’t play down there as they were spooked by the amount of spiders and other bugs there was. I opened the sliding door to the outside downstairs and it was covered in spider webs. My children couldn’t play outside as it wasn’t enclosed and was very steep. Upstairs was pretty basic. The view was amazing however unfortunately there was no shade cover on the balcony like other houses nearby, so it would get too hot in the evenings. We had to shut the blinds to watch TV in the evenings but the blinds didn’t close properly. Some were missing from the bedroom and they didn’t keep the sun light out. Which made trying to get kids to sleep at 7:30 very difficult. There was 1 TV in the bedroom that would be at least 20 years old, image was difficult to see on most stations, didn’t get most regular stations and there was no batteries in either remote controller. I’m not one to complain but a holiday should be a time to relax and this house was not that place for us.
