La Cabane is located in the heart of Normanville with lovely views of the Carrickalinga Hills. The fresh interior will make you feel straight at home and relaxed and the outside of this holiday home is so inviting you will never want to leave again.

Fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave, washing machine, television, DVD, ducted reverse cycle air conditioner, two bathrooms and a great outdoor area with baby Weber BBQ and outdoor furniture.

La Cabane is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment. Strictly No Pets allowed.

  We spent 10 nights in Normanville over Christmas - New Year. This house provides an excellent balance of comfort, convenience and seclusion. While the weather discouraged water activities, we had a great holiday.

  Lovely house in a quiet street with wonderful views over the fields.
  Very clean and comfortable with plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils.
  Great location, 10 mins easy walking distance to beach, local shops and Normanville hotel which served lovely meals.
  Unfortunately, we stayed in very cold weather. The house was very cold when we arrived and the heating was not effective. We discussed this with the property manager and they gave us an extra fan heater, which was helpful. A technician came along the next day to adjust the reverse control A/C and this improved things but the fan heater was still required.

  The view over the fields is magic, made even more beautiful by the owner's landscaping, the warmth of the mud brick and the atmosphere created by all the small and tasteful design elements in this very comfortable home. We love being here. This is no bare-bones rental, far from it. This is a beautiful space that is an absolute joy to spend time in. An easy walk to the beach is an added bonus as well.

  5 Dune Ct is clearly loved by its owners. It's very attractively decorated and also very easy to enjoy. The location is great: a quiet court just a short stroll (or micro-drive, if you must) from beach , shops, cafes, pub etc. The house is modern and convenient. It has a well equipped kitchen, a hugely well-stocked cleaning cupboard and comfortable furniture (a hairdryer might have been useful). The rental, like many in SA, is a 'bring your own towels, bedding, loo rolls and soap' arrangement altho linen may be hired separately for a further fee. Fees also apply if dishes are left in the dishwasher and, understandably, to cleaning after departure if the house is not left in good order. The house backs directly onto a cereal paddock which gave us wonderful unlimited views of the night sky and of a stunning lightning display one evening, as well as some kangaroos frolicking in the crops. Of course, it also presents a risk of snakes visiting which may be a caution if young children are about. The house is a good base for a visit to Normanville and the surrounding area. The agents are fantastically helpful and friendly.

  The place is nice and cozy. Backyard is connected to a sheep farm. My daughter really enjoyed chasing the sheep.
  Location is good too. Short drive to Normanville beach and shops.

  5 Dune Court is a lovely welcoming space for a break in Normanville. The north facing windows are ideal for winter sun, and the location gives easy access to the beach and the township. My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying here
