LEMONADE is a brilliantly located townhouse opposite the River, that encounters fantastic river views. With the Goolwa Golf course, Goolwa Beach, Goolwa Reggata Yacht club and Bombora all within walking distance, this definitely is a fantastic property.

Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

  This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Lemonade. We are a family of 5, 3 kids 11, 8 and 5yr olds. The house is perfect set up with 3 generous bedrooms, kitchen perfect little size, x2 spacious bathrooms and 2 toilets.
  The view from the balcony is perfect, mum and dad can relax from balcony and kids can safely take themselves across the road to the awesome nature play ground.
  
  The kitchen is well stocked with a big supply of every kitchen/ cooking item you’d need.
  Garage is huge, easy entry off back street with electric roller door.
  
  Our only small recommendation would be ideally this holiday house could do with a bigger tv, it’s pretty tiny for a lounge room tv. A dryer would be super handy too.
  
  All in all we will continue to re-book this house on an annual basis.

  Inside was clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. outside was very dirty, weeds in car port, a large build up of bird droppings in veranda and out back. Lots of cobwebs in the front veranda. Roller door had to be operated manually which was problematic as it was very heavy and dirty.

  We stayed in ‘Lemonade’ holiday rental in Goolwa. Our eldest was apart of a sailing regatta which was on the river Murray and held right in front of the holiday house.
  We are a family of 5, and this house was very comfortable for us, over 2 storeys, the layout was perfect, location was excellent, literally across the road from the play ground. Comfortable beds, X2 spacious bathrooms, kitchen perfect size and stocked with everything you need, cute little lounge and balcony a lovely spot to sit and take in all the beautiful sites.

  Beautifully situated. Gorgeous views overlooking the inlet and wildlife.
  Close to an amazing restaurant for meals or a quick cuppa before walking over to the outdoor play area for the kids or exploring Goolwa.

  Despite some pre-arrival concerns that the location would be noisy as it's close to neighbours and across the road from a playground, this is a fantastic spot that is relatively quiet with a great view over the water and for those who like watching the world go by, plenty of walkers, cyclists and on water activities to look at. Whilst good value for the home, updated kitchen and living room facilities would take this from a nice stay to something more reflective of 2021. We'd go again though.

  Was a surprise no bbq at the accomm as were there no teatowels (and no instructions to bring one).
  Disappointed with how dirty the windows were - washed some of them myself...
  Expensive place compared to others in Goolwa waterfront with no WiFi and small tv.

  House had a good feel to it and plenty of space for our needs. We had a lovely time and loved sitting on the balcony looking out onto the river at the end of the day. Very relaxing.
