‘Point Break’ – A modern, open plan family beach house with lots of room for the kids to run around outside and have lots of fun!

Perfectly positioned within Middleton this beach house is walking distance to the beach and Middleton Point Surf Break. The local pub, bakery and mainstreet of Middleton are all less than a 5 minute walk away!

Pointbreak is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with room for the whole family. As soon as you arrive you will notice ample parking at the front of the house and then a warm, inviting feeling as soon as you walk through the front door.

The lower level consists of four spacious bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), three with Queen Size beds and one bedroom with two singles, two trundles and toys for the kids to be kept busy!  
On this level there is also a family room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a family bathroom with twin sinks, bath and shower and a separate toilet.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and access to the beautiful lawned garden and games room.

The upper level consists of an open plan kitchen , dining and lounge room which again accommodates the kids with a cute little table and chairs for them to eat and play at. Coffee machine available with Nespresso pods. A second large flat screen TV and DVD player are also provided for your entertainment and Air-conditioning will keep you comfortable whatever time of the year.

Double doors open onto the deck where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee and take in the views.

This property is perfect for families and provides great facilities with a huge grassed yard perfect to kick the footy and a large shed with ping-pong table, kid’s toys and table and chairs. BBQ available in separate cooking area.

Whether you book ‘Point Break’ in the summer months to take advantage of the close proximity to Middleton beach, one of the most popular surf breaks in SA! or in the winter months to enjoy rugged up walks on the beach where you may be lucky enough to spot a whale! your choice of holiday home will not disappoint – A beautiful family home in an awesome family location.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

  We had a house which was not very clean there were mould on windows, vaccum cleaner so full could not suck anything, filter in washing machine full also. upper deck had lots of bird drying rack is in good location but the maintenance and cleanliness NEED to be improved.

  There wasn't anything I didn't love about this rental! I loved the upstairs living area, where you could see the sea as well as the hills. The children enjoyed the backyard and the games room. It was in such a convenient setting. A short walk to the beach or the hotel for dinner. A really enjoyable stay.

  We enjoyed a relaxing weekend in this well appointed spacious home. We had 6 adults and 4 children and really appreciated the family friendly attitude of the owners. Everything worked including the free wifi and the AC upstairs, Great surf as well and a good BBQ and games room. 2 lounges made for plenty of space and separation as needed.

  We had a wonderful stay at Point Break over the weekend of 3, 4 and 5 July 2020. The property was well described online and was exactly as we found it. The property was beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and a fantastic outdoor rumpus room. South Coast Realty were very easy to deal with, the keys pick up was hassle free and we were given excellent directions. I would strongly recommend this property to family and friends. It is obvious that it is well loved and looked after and has a very homely feel with toys and a games console. The stroll down the road to the spectacular beach is just that, an easy stroll AND within walking distance to the Middleton Pub and Bakery !
