This lovely, well appointed single storey waterfront home is light, spacious and comfortable, ideal for 2 families who enjoy the peace and quiet of the island, water sports, boating and fishing.

Comprising of a large open plan living/dining ( seating for10 ) with big screen TV and Blu Ray relax and enjoys the water views and birdlife, under cover outdoor entertaining area with great BBQ ( seating for 10 )

All 3 bedrooms are a good size with built-in robes the master features an ensuite and walk-in robe. 

The modern kitchen is well appointed and includes crockery and cutlery for 12, dishwasher, coffee machine and gas cook top, separate family room with big screen TV and futon perfect for the children.

Main bathroom with double size shower and separate bath, separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.

Additional features included: ducted R/C air conditioning, private pontoon to moor the boat and off street parking for 4 cars. Please note the garage is not available for use.

    Overall was not very bad but could’ve been better if it’s cleaner. The bunk beds bedroom is tiny and had spiderwebs everywhere. We also had a spider on one of the bed. Lots of spider webs in the alfresco as well so we did not use that space at all. Kitchen cooking utensils are not cleaned properly and smells when we try to use them. Towels provided are in poor condition. This property really needs a major clean up and upgrade.

    Thank you for sharing your house with us. We made the most of the river views with the lovely outdoor area. The heating made it perfect, even when it was a little chilly outside. The house was perfectly equipped for a getaway, providing everything that we needed for a rest, as well as providing enough entertainment for the children.

    Having stayed here before we knew what to expect and we returned for a reason. The new outdoor clear panels were appreciated when windy despite being a bit fiddly and noisy. The location and view are great for relaxing with easy kayaking and boating from the private jetty.

    The decor is simple and neat in keeping with the reasonable pricing but some bare globe light fittings could do with basic covers.

    Whilst the basic cleaning had been done with clean linen supplied, the presence of spider webs, screen doors that drop of tracks at the lightest touch and other filters requiring cleaning are signs that maintenance issues are becoming more prevalent.

    A proper basic queen bed instead of folding day bed and curtained doorway in the front room would make this useful as a proper extra bedroom.

    However nothing is perfect and positives outweigh the negatives. A good place for a relaxing family holiday with friends.

    Great place but aircon did not work. Very hot the first day and night. Most screen doors would derail, no access to garage, no room for bikes.
