Escape to your own Hayborough haven! Ideally situated between Victor Harbor and Pt Elliot and just minutes away from the beach. Perhaps you may just want laze on the upstairs outdoor deck and soak up the outstanding hillside views. Ideal for families and for those that just want to get away.

Spread yourselves out and around the cozy upstairs open plan setting comprising of a large living and dining area with a kitchen inclusive of stainless steel appliances, r/c air conditioner, TV, DVD as well as access to the fabulous deck area which offers sweeping views and surrounds of the Hayborough hillside landscape with an outdoor dining set and BBQ. There is also the master bedroom with a Queen bed and WIR and a large communal bathroom. 

The ground floor area has another living space ideal as a kids/ teenagers retreat with TV, DVD, r/c air conditioning and access to the fully enclosed yard area. There are 3 other bedrooms, a Tri-Bunk in each of the 2 bedrooms and another Queen bed in the other bedroom. There is also a bathroom and laundry with a washing machine for use.   

Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
