This beach house is the ultimate family getaway located right in front of the beach and Kent Reserve. Sit on the balcony watching your children play down in the park, gazing at the ocean or admiring the native birdlife with drink in hand and feel completely relaxed.

This house has the best of both worlds and was specifically designed as a relaxing get away for adults while providing all the entertainment your children could need on a beach holiday. The house has a down stairs living area equipped with flat screen TV, Nintendo Wii console and children's bedrooms, while upstairs takes in the amazing views over the ocean, at the mature native trees and Kent Reserve. Simply walk out the front door to the reserve to take advantage of the playground, basketball court, outdoor gym and wide open spaces. Walk a few more steps and you're at the beach enjoying a quiet swimming and snorkelling spot. In the evening sit on the deck with a drink in hand listening to the beautiful native birds and taking in views of Granit Island. If you are up early enough make yourself a coffee, recline on the couch and enjoy a beautiful sunrise.

It is a short and scenic walk to the heart of Victor Harbor where you can enjoy all the restaurants, cafes, weekend market and buzz of the busy centre.

Upstairs spacious open plan living with flat screen TV, large dining, modern kitchen with dishwasher, park and sea views.
4 Bedrooms Master upstairs with a queen bed and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Three bedrooms down stairs with queen beds, including one with a set of bunks as well.
A high chair, child safety gate and porta cot is available for the youngest member of the family.
Second living area down stairs for the young and young at heart with a flat screen TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii.
Down stairs bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
Laundry with a top loader washing machine.
Front balcony with outdoor furniture, Weber BBQ and those amazing views.
Off street parking with carport.
Rear lawn area for kicking a footy around or some backyard cricket.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
