Enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf at your front door. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to view the forever changing ocean within all the seasons of the year, the summer sun or the winter waves. The home offers all you need for the perfect holiday with your family and friends, you can even bring your pooch along!

There is accommodation for 12 people over three levels.

Upstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms, two on the main level with queen beds and shared ensuite. There is also a bedroom with queen bed and a further bedroom with 2 singles on the mezzanine level which also has a lounge area with a sofa bed.

Lovely open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge area has a smart TV, with foxtel and sound bar. Cosy combustion heater for the winter, large dining area to fit everyone for the family dinners and a modern Farquhar kitchen with two ovens, induction cooktop, breakfast bar, stools, dishwasher and well stocked kitchen. There is WIFI for you to use during your stay.

There is a laundry, separate toilet and further bathroom on this level along with a lovely sunroom with a lounge and table setting which can double as another dining area.

Enjoy the most breathtaking views from the balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.

BBQ in the courtyard area.

Downstairs is a self contained unit with two bedrooms. Main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

There is a kitchenette with separate dining room. The lounge has TV again with Foxtel

Bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and laundry. A second BBQ outdoor setting for 6 people.

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen and towels .If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

This is perhaps the best holiday rental getting around.
The location and view are sensational. The house itself is just awesome. It was stunningly clean and so well appointment. They haven't cut corners, you can cook there like you do at home.

We had a great time away at this house. Such a fantastic spot to holiday. The only downside we found was that the smoke alarms don’t work, and the stove in the downstairs unit is a death trap. The dials turn to the on position even when slightly bumped. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE REST SOMETHING ON THIS STOVE! Apart from that near disaster, we had a great weekend for a 40th birthday!

We happened to spot this home when on a Sunday drive in the area. The location is commanding - absolute beachfront - and the house looked magnificent.We were excited to see we could rent it and made a booking for us and 4 other couples. We had the most wonderful weekend here. The house is as beautiful inside as out and we appreciated all the little touches so thoughtfully provided by the owners. We were amazed at how spacious the home was, even with so many of us there. There were so many areas to hang out with friends and relax. A particular favourite were the chairs that looked out over the beach. It was so pleasant to sit and take in the view. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms plentiful and the kitchen was great. I had brought things with me incase utensils or pans were needed but was very happy to find everything was provided. A great experience and we can't wait to return soon.

the cleaning lady was required to attend to let us in and she arrived immediately, on a Sunday and was absolutely lovely to us. Small things like that really matter and I'm sure that she would rather be with her family on a Sunday afternoon. Likewise, the property management staff were so helpful and friendly, making sure that our enjoyment of the property was a priority and did all that they could to make that happen, even though it was our error picking up the wrong keys!
as for the property, the main living areas are so well maintained with plenty of firewood.
The cleaning staff keep the place spotless, they obviously dust and clean behind all the furniture etc. so that you really enjoy your stay

What a beautiful house and property. The view is spectacular and we were very lucky to have sunny days to enjoy strolls on the beach and tracks nearby and cool nights by the fire inside. Plenty of space for all of us and a lovely gift of chocolates and stubby holders when we picked up the keys. We all look forward to booking again for our next visit to Carrickalinga.

Due to covid restrictions we had to find somewhere special in our home State for my 60th with friends. This house is amazing! Who needs to travel outside of SA! It is everything I had hoped for and more. Beautiful unobstructed sea views and metres to a beautiful beach. The separate living area/2 queen bedrooms downstairs were perfect for the teenagers for their privacy. The lovely fully equipped kitchen and outdoor large hooded bbq under cover were sufficient for the 12 of us. Loved the goldfish and outdoor setting too. My only complaint was that we ran out of hot water on the ground level for showers and dishes etc. We pressed the boost button on the power box to get hot water, which took a while. We soon realised though that the downstairs shower was on a different hot water service, so we all managed to have hot showers. I would 100% definitely return.

I hired this place for a small group yoga retreat and it worked perfectly. The weather worked out well in our favour to utilise the vast space on the lawn and deck. Plenty of space for everyone to chill together or have their own time.

OMG....Gob smacked the minute you walk-in! Firstly the cleanliness, modern, homey feeling. Then the unveiling blinds of the spectacular views. We are really fussy where we stay and couldn’t fault this property, complete with everything you need, just bring your linen (or hire from them). Fantastic house, there were 8 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough room. The house was beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. Lots of different places to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the gorgeous view. Wonderful place will definitely go back.
