  This home has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard. It is spacious and tastefully decorated, with quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Kitchen is well-appointed and the back verandah is large enough to seat up to 16 comfortably. Proximity to sea and view from the front balcony would be magnificent in other circumstances, sadly nature did not favour our family reunion week. (Flooding of the Murray River spewed polluted water into the river opening to the sea, meaning our beach was un-swimmable and hundreds of thousands of carp dead on the shore. Not a pleasant smell). On the positive side, we saw a lot of the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula having to drive to the other side to swim.
  A beautiful, happy and clean home in a safe ocean-front location - nothing is too far away, a pleasure to stay.
