  A group of 4 guys from an overall group of 10 stayed in Unit 25, Breeze Apartments in Victor Harbor for a week playing golf at 6 different golf courses around Victor Harbor. The Unit is in a very good location for access to hotels, restaurants, take-away food venues and shopping centres and I would thoroughly recommend it.

  Great getaway. perfect location for walking. plenty of room for adults and small children. Apartment clean & tidy. having linen supplied was a bonus being able to hire a cot would have been very useful. Unfortunately our vehicle did not fit in the carpark making unloading & loading quite difficult. Our first stop was also to the supermarket for dish cloths & soap also it would have been nice to have a little bit of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Overall a wonderful getaway with geat amenities and perfect location. would definately stay again.

  Good 3 or 4 BR penthouse with secure underground parking and secure access. 2 minute walk to restaurants and pubs. Main bedroom with ensuite with walk in shower and 1 other bathroom with shower over bath (note, it is quite a high step up/down into the bath so may be difficult for elderly guests). There is also a study/4th bedroom off teh lounge area with frosted glass sliding door and sofa bed - it's small but would work. A linen service is provided but you have to make your own beds - plenty of sheets and towels for every bed. QS beds in the 3 bedrooms. Everything else comfortable and clean. No wifi provided. Would stay again. Very helpful real estate agent who responded quickly with answers to all questions.

  Our third vacation in this block each time in a dufferent property. This apartment is getting a little tired, threads hanging off the edge of carpets, dirty windows and balconies. Some of the furniture is gettin a bit old too eg patio and broken drawers in bed side tables. There was no bbq. The property also needs to be connected to broadband.
  
  Notwithstanding this we had a great break and enjoyed Victor Harbor immensely.

  Booked 25 The Breeze for an extended weekend with the family, which included 4 grandkids.
  The location is perfect for getting to the local Victor attractions and access was very easy.
  There are 2 balconies, a front overlooking the reserve and the ocean and a rear that overlooks the steam ranger station.
  Whilst the balconies weren’t huge in number 25 they were spacious enough.
  The unit could do with a refresh but that is being a little picky. It was comfortable and we had a really good stay.

  Loved the location & first impressions of the apartment were lovely, didn't mind making our bed, however the cleaner needs to check the mattress protector for cleaniness, previous guests pubic hair is not acceptable ! Overall the apartment looked & felt tired, carpet stained, marks on the walls, quilt covers .. are they washed after every visit ?

  Perfect location for a family holiday. Very short walking distance to the beach, fairground, jetty, Main Street, pubs and takeaway and we were able to watch the kids playing on the grass directly out front from the balcony.
  Only downside was we only got one set of keys to access lifts and complex for two families.

  thank you, a lovely property perfect for our needs. I would recommend to check all plates as a lot had chips and also outdoor areas werent wipped over, had cobwebs and would recommend the outdoor lounge at the back to have a new cushion on it or replaced. But besides that we loved our stay and hope to return again another time, perfect to watch the trains which is what our son loved.
