Only 2 minutes walk away from Middleton beach and Encounter Bike Way the whole family can come and go as they please from an early morning surf to sunset walks on the beach. The property offers ample space for everyone, upstairs has a large kitchen/dining and living area complemented by a beautiful deck and amazing sea views. Two bedrooms, including the master bedroom with sea views and ensuite. Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and an amazing teenager's retreat complete with pool table and movie/video game corner (please note game console is not provided). The games room opens to a great big back year with fire pit perfect for those clear winter nights.

PET POLICY: pets not allowed

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you are required to bring your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen.
If you wish to hire linen please call our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

  This house is just beautiful. We were lucky enough to rent this property for the June long weekend. We took our daughter and her 5 girlfriends for a surfing weekend - it was brilliant. We honestly did not hear them in the bottom floor - they had a whole level to themselves- meanwhile we enjoyed our own break upstairs in the magnificent lounge - kitchen area - comfy beds and great views.
  The fire pit outside was also a hit. This was an amazing house that we thoroughly enjoyed - we hope to be back again soon. Thank you
