Just a short stroll to the beautiful Carrickalinga North beach, this is the perfect retreat for that romantic couples’ escape or for a fun-filled family holiday. Sit on the front porch and soak in the serenity of watching the sun set over the ocean or enjoying nature watching kangaroos frolic on the overlooking hillside.

This apartment has been fully renovated and modernized with quality appointments throughout, these including plantation shutters, Caesar stone kitchen benches, hardened glass splash backs and Italian floor tiles.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with built-in robes. One, with sea views, has a queen bed, with a comfy latex mattress, whilst the second has three single beds, two in a bunk bed that the kids will just love. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The spacious open plan lounge has a cozy open fire (BYO wood), reverse cycle air conditioning, 2 x Laz-Boy recliners, and 2 x quality, comfy lounge suites - one that can be readily converted to a double sofa bed. It offers a flat large screen LCD TV, DVD players(with some DVDs) and free WIFI. It also provides access, via charming French doors, to the outside private alfresco area, with a sea view.

The well-appointed kitchen/dining room has all needed appliances, including a dishwasher, and a dining table that can seat up to eight. It also provides access to a private laundry with top loader washing machine and rear access through to the private courtyard, which has a clothesline that catches the sea breeze.

The apartment has a charming bathroom with a cozy shower alcove and private WC, along with a second, separate WC and shared vanity unit. Steaming hot water is provided through a dedicated instant gas heater.

Relax beside the shared pool and spa, exercise in the half court tennis court or socialize about that shared use BBQ area. Everything you need is here for your next holiday!
The complex has 6 individually owned apartments for holiday rental which is perfect for the family or group getaways giving everyone space of their own to relax and unwind.

Comfy quilts, pillows and quilt covers are provided, though you need to provide your own linen and towels. If you wish to hire linen, please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

    I loved it that this appartment has been renovated. There was plenty of room for the five of us and it was great that there were two toilets.
    There is as dvds for the kids and the appartment had everything we needed.
    The pool and spa were excellent and the tennis court and bbq in good condition.
    The appartment is nice and close to the beach and shops and cafes in Normanville.
    The laundry was a bit dirty and the kitchen placemats filthy with food still on them. I wiped them down so it was ok but think the cleaner could have cleaned the kitchen better and also the walls and doors near the light switches and door handles.
    The bathroom was clean and tidy, as were the bedrooms and lounge room.
    I would definitely stay in n appartment 5 again as I have stayed in appartment 1,2 and 3 before which are quite old and tired and in need of renovating.
