- The rear garden is fenced, and pre-approved well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

  The property was very homely with everything we could have possibly needed for our week long stay. Very well equipped with games, movies, entertainment as well as everything needed to prepare meals for our group.
  It was very clean and well presented and the location was an easy walk to the beach.
  I was pleasantly surprised by the property in size and presentation and has been tastefully renovated and styled - it exceeded my expectations!

  This house was spotless inside and out. Lots of TV, games and sporting equipment (basketball hoop, darts & table tennis) kept everyone busy when not at the beach. Extensive DVD collection also allowed for movie night every night. Thank you and recommend this property

    Hello Melissa, this property is definitely set up for children of all ages and it has lots of entertainment for kids inside and out. We are aware that there are certain ornaments that are better moved for smaller children but the owner has absolutely no problem with that. We feel like the overall rating doesn't reflect the general comments you have made, we know this rating has been influenced by the extra charges you have received on the security bond due to the state in which the property was left upon your departure.
