This house on the corner allotment is well appointed with 2 bedrooms including Tri-bunk for the kids or adults and a queen size bed in the master bedroom, sleeps 2-5 guests and is pet friendly.
The house is fully fenced and has a relaxing front garden to sit and watch life go by and a large outside entertaining area in the back to entertain and have a bbq.
Bed configuration: Sleeps 6 maximum with use of the trundle bed.
Bathroom features a bath and toilet. Shower in bath, with showerscreen.
Facilities: Open plan Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry in the shed. Sorry no dishwasher.
Features/Entertainment: tv, dvd, bbq
Heating/cooling: Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner to the living area, fan in the master bedroom.

Fenced: Fully fenced

Room within the fenced yard to park a small to medium sized boat and your car.

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you are required to bring your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen.

If you wish to hire linen please call our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. We do not offer a bed making facility, you will need to make the beds upon arrival.

Garage is not accessible only laundry room.

    My husband and I stayed in this property for the second year in a row. Is a great location and has most amenities. The fly screens on the windows were not working in the main bedroom or bathroom which was a problem as the ceiling fan didn't work in the main bedroom. Great years for our little dog, he loved it. Also, it would be good if they included wifi, coffee machine and a dishwasher given the price of the accommodation now, compared to last year.

    Had a lovely stay at 25 Jetty road Normanville over the Anzac long week-end. It’s in a really convenient location close to the beach and close to the shops and cafes.
