Sit back and relax and watch the waves roll into shore or watch out for wildlife during winter months. You will have a front-row seat for whale watching in the Winter Season. Ray's Beachhouse has direct beach access with only a bike track separating you from the sand.

This is a beach lover's paradise next to the surf beach at Middleton Point, Ray's Beach House is located in a very quiet location with direct beach access and only foot traffic at the front of the house. The interior is well designed with your comfort in mind. Ray’s Beach House sleeps up to 14 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms. Ideal for 2-3 families to holiday together.

Property comes with a full linen service and provides your bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen.
Open and spacious upstairs living, kitchen and dining area with split system and slow combustion fireplace. Wifi and smart tv for all your mod con needs. Downstairs living room with kitchenette and split system.

The holiday home comes with multiple balconies and sitting areas for all type of weather. The upstairs rear balcony has a comfortable sitting nook and outdoor barbeque.

A few minutes walk to Middleton township and Middleton bakery and coffee shops. A five minute drive to the town of Pt Elliot and the stunning Horseshoe Bay with its beach front cafes and restaurants or choose the 3 km bike track that leads to Port Elliot. The township of Goolwa is ten minutes in the other direction with the Goolwa Markets, cafes, art galleries and brewery on the wharf. The Cockle train station is also withing walking distance and takes you to Goolwa, Port Elliot or Victor Harbor.
This is the ideal place to relax or do a bit of local site seeing. Situated half way between Victor Harbour with all its attractions such as Granite Island, the horse drawn tram, the Whale Centre and the Cockle train; and Goolwa with Hindmarsh Island, Sunday markets, cruises, wineries and great cafes and restaurants.

    We enjoyed our time and Ray’s with overseas family. Stunning location. The house itself requires some maintenance (e.g., most of the locks on the internal doors don’t work, some of the windows don’t open and there’s a bit of mould in the downstairs bathroom). Other than that it’s modern and clean. We would stay here again, for sure.
